Fibre Bowl

This delicious Autumn (Fall) combo is packed with fibre providing over one quarter (28%) of the recommended daily amount in one bowl and two of your ‘5 a day’.


  • 125ml semi-skimmed milk or milk of choice*
  • Two Weetabix biscuits
  • Apple- cut to quarter skin-on chunks
  • Cinnamon, pinch
  • Cupped handful blackberries (16/80g)


  • Put two Weetabix in a bowl, top with apple slices and sprinkle over raisins
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon to the milk
  • Add milk to the bowl and enjoy!
