Long Lasting Energy Bowl
Decision, decisions! Set the tone for the day ahead by making this winning choice. Figs, walnuts and Weetabix provide a fibre and protein combo second to none.
Ingredients
- 2 Weetabix
- 125ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 fresh figs, quartered
- 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- Honey to drizzle (optional)
Method
- Put two Weetabix in a bowl, top with fig quarters, sprinkle with chopped walnut and drizzle with honey if using
- Add milk and enjoy
