Long Lasting Energy Bowl

Decision, decisions! Set the tone for the day ahead by making this winning choice. Figs, walnuts and Weetabix provide a fibre and protein combo second to none.

Ingredients

  • 2 Weetabix
  • 125ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 fresh figs, quartered
  • 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
  • Honey to drizzle (optional)

Method

  • Put two Weetabix in a bowl, top with fig quarters, sprinkle with chopped walnut and drizzle with honey if using
  • Add milk and enjoy
