Want to start the day with a protein hit? Packed with wholegrains, Weetabix is a source of protein and Greek yogurt, nuts and seeds add to this making it complete in every way.


  • Small pot (150g) low fat Greek yoghurt
  • Handful (10) blackberries
  • Two Weetabix biscuits
  • 1 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1tsp flaxseed (toasted)


  • Put two Weetabix in a bowl, top with Greek yogurt, blackberries and sprinkle with chopped nuts and toasted seeds and enjoy!
