Sweet & Healthy Bowl

Spicing things up can add flavour without having to add sugar. Apricots are naturally sweet and 3 dried provide one portion of your ‘5 a day’


  • 2 Weetabix
  • 125ml semi-skimmed milk or milk of choice, heated
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch grated nutmeg
  • Pinch dried ginger
  • 3 dried apricots, chopped


  • Put two Weetabix in a bowl, top with chopped apricots
  • Add cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to the milk and heat the spiced milk
  • Add milk to bowl and enjoy!
